Turned off all 3rd applications and only kept monitoring program and game upĭid the whole windows 10 memory standby clearing (I really thought this was going to fix it) but sadly even when I clear memory standby and memory cache resets, the problem is still there so I doubt its a windows 10 issue Tested my friends PC, who lives in the same house and he also seems to have the same problem as I and he owns a 1080 ti so I don't think its a hardware issue. Dumped all this money on a 1440p 144hz gsync monitor with 980 ti and 4790k yet I still get microstutters in games like Fortnite where my FPS is averaging 250 with everything on low, yet I still get a stutter every single minute.īasically the FPS is really good yet frametime keeps spiking so that's how I knew I got something wrong. Heres a frametime graph (MSI Afterburner) of me while playing Fortniteīasically every peak you guys see goes up to anywhere between 35-43 MS and every time this peak happens, which is every 1 minute consistently, I get a micro stutter in game and I definitely notice it and it doesn't so much make the game unplayable, it just makes it really annoying. So i don't know if some of you have seen my threads lately talking about micro stutters I will probably open a thread each day and try on any suggestions mentioned till I can get this issue fixed but I have spent the last 50 something hours of my life researching and testing out different methods to see if I fixed my micro stutters in games and unfortunately non worked.
